Handcrafted, sanded and polished from wood sourced and milled in Canada!  This tactile disc is the original version of a "Compassion Compass". 

It's a reminder to direct compassion to ourselves and spread that compassion to others...even those we might have difficulty with.  Keep it close at hand to calm and soothe.
